Collaborative Legal Process
The Collaborative process is about meeting everyone's needs and interests, including and especially your children's. Both parties to a dispute sign a participation agreement to resolve the matter out-of-court and each are represented by their own, independent, collaboratively-trained attorney.
In the rare case your matter is not resolved using the collaborative process, both attorneys must withdraw from the matter.
