The Process for a Document Review or Second Opinion Consultation
Schedule a minimum 20 minute telephone Strategy Session. We will need to conduct a conflicts check, establish an attorney-client relationship, and gather some background about your case.
Purchase and schedule the Document Review Session. During the strategy session we should schedule your document review session and take care of payment. At this time, you will be prompted to email the document you would like reviewed to the assigned attorney.
Choose how you would like to receive the Review Session. You can choose to participate via video conference with screen-sharing capabilities, or with an in-office review session at our Ogden, Utah offices.
Come prepared with a list of questions. We can highlight areas we find concerning and make suggested changes and corrections.
